One of my favourite things weirdly enough about McDonald’s basic burger is actually how thin it is.
I generally really dislike the taste of beef/red meat or red meat adjacent cardboard. But something about these thin AF burgers just gets me right.
The price is absolutely stupid for them now even just with ketchup but fuck if I feel like stacking some fries on a burger like im 7 again, these thin fuckers are my go-to

The patties have always been that thin. I worked at McDonald’s 15 years ago and they looked exactly the same. Plenty of things to criticize McDonald’s for, like jacking up prices and paying employees shit, among many other things. This, just isn’t one of them.
